Why Homeowners Choose Robak Architecture

When you're planning a major renovation or structural change like removing a load-bearing wall, you need more than just drawings - you need an expert who understands construction and local codes.

Our clients consistently rate us 5 stars for four simple reasons:

Direct Principal Involvement: You work with David directly, start to finish - not passed off to a junior designer who uses the owner's stamp while he's out of the office.
Decades of Local Expertise: We know the building departments of Westchester and Fairfield Counties inside and out, helping projects move efficiently from design through permitting.
Practical, Budget-Conscious Design: We specialize in making homes function better without over-engineering the construction process.
Trusted Contractor Network: We can recommend reliable contractors you can trust to keep your project on track.
Team of Professionals: We utilize the best Structural engineers, Mechanical engineers, and Civil engineers depending on your project's needs.
