Cost figures shown below are taken from residential permit records filed in Central Westchester County during the second half (July through December) of 2025 and include all labor/ materials/ fixtures. 

This particular town requires that the construction contract be submitted with the permit application

1. Existing hall bathroom to be remodeled....$28,000

2. Bathroom renovation - new wall and floor tiles....$19,500

3. Construct a new bath at exist basement area...$13,400

4. Acrylic shower base in place of tub, acrylic wall liner over existing tiles....$14,970
